* Multi-Site Operations Manager required

The applicant will oversee and control the operations of multiple stores and will maintain superior management efficiency and performance. The successful applicant will work closely (hands-on daily) with in-store teams to assist and guide them towards maximising sales and business opportunities.

Predominantly overseeing our stores in Melbourne's north, north-west, Geelong and Ballarat, the Operations Coach will be mobile, visiting stores on a daily basis, whilst regularly liaising with the General Manager Performance and HQ Team.

Key attributes:

• Extensive experience in retail, sales or operational management, incorporating coaching and leading small teams towards objectives and targets.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with front-line teams and other stakeholders crucial to the business.
• A proven ability to positively influence results in key operational areas including sales, debtor management, negotiations, marketing, promoting and reporting.
• High level analytical, problem solving and numeracy skills, including the ability to analyse statistical reports.

Industry experience is not essential, providing you have a strong multi-site retail sales or operational management background, ideally with a National brand.  This position has a strong emphasis on you being able to bring out the best in your teams… so you'll be very much a 'people person'.
