What is the role?

We currently have a Full-time position and a Part-time position available for a Storage Consultant to join our team based in Dandenong South. The Part-time position will consist of approximately 20-25hrs.

Our Support Centre has proven to be an outstanding success. This team is a key part of our sales function and answers and follows up customer enquiries nationally and provides sales and customer support to our store network.  We need sales go-getters to join our team of high achievers. These roles operate as part of a team roster and is perfectly suited to sales people who can provide a consultative approach to sales, ‘ask for the business’ and who enjoy working in a small, call centre environment. There is weekday, weekend, and some early evening shifts as part of the roster, flexibility is ideal.

What will you need to be considered?

• Minimum 6 months experience in sales with exposure to a call centre/online sales environment
• A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• The ability to build instant rapport with customers on the telephone
• Friendly, warm communication style, genuinely enjoy helping people!
• Strong attention to detail and excellent “follow up” focus
• Enjoy setting and achieving targets and goals
• Demonstrated computer skills with good Excel ability and exposure to working with internal systems/databases
• Reliable & Punctual and a team player, who enjoys learning
• Flexibility to work as part of the team roster across 7 days, varying shifts to cover opening hours
