Key attributes:

• Extensive experience in retail, sales or operational management, incorporating coaching and leading small teams towards objectives and targets in a multisite format.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with front-line teams and other stakeholders crucial to the business.
• A proven ability to positively influence results in key operational areas such as sales, debtor management, negotiations, marketing, promoting and reporting.
• High level analytical, problem solving and numeracy skills, including the ability to analyse statistical reports.

While industry experience is an advantage, it is not essential, providing you have a strong multi-site retail sales or operational management background, ideally with a National brand.  This position has a strong emphasis on you being able to bring out the best in your team’s performance… so you need to be a ‘people person’
