What is the role?

Our Burwood based sales support centre has proven to be an outstanding success. We generate a large amount of online sales enquiries and we need a specialist with experience dealing with managing live chat communication with customers to answer questions and convert enquiries into reservations. This role could be part time or full time and ideally the successful applicants will have exposure to a similar sales support environment and will be happy to work on the telephone as a back up to the team.

What will you need to be considered?

• Experience in sales with exposure to a call centre/online sales environment
• Prior experience working with online chat communication and customer engagement would be highly regarded
• A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• The ability to build instant rapport with customers 
• Friendly, warm communication style, genuinely enjoy helping people!
• Demonstrated computer skills with good Excel ability and exposure to working with internal systems/databases
• Reliable & Punctual and a team player, who enjoys learning
• Flexibility to work as part of the team roster across 7 days, varying shifts to cover opening hours
